Lady Floral and Bright.

(Tracy's second poem)

by Timothious

What is it that brightens my every day?

What is it about you that makes my heart sing so?

Tis again the bard and the fool I play.

My dearest Lady of floral brightness and glow.

To my space you have come.

You fill my every thought of you.

This jewel you are with healthy sum.

What beauty have you true.

Your dark hair spins like sweeping silk down your neck.

Your eyes are fill with life and wonder.

Your lips are for kissing and beck.

Your smile brings my heart to thunder.

It swells deep with adventurous toil.

And springs forth in heart filled verse.

With much emotions and little moil.

With all that romantics are cursed.

I feel you in my space and wonder "Is it fancied?"

The heart fell warmth that falls be for me.

The wantingness of that which I've chancied.

The affinity that fills me like warm swepted sea.

Many a time have I sheath my heart away.

It bruised, broken, and bleeding.

And many a time has it came forth to say

of what I am needing.

It adventures where angels fear to tread.

With fearless tact and courageous speed.

Without memory of unfortunate dread.

Charging like a shining knight on white steed.

"Sally forth!" is its cry.

As I notice you walking by.

Energy flows to the Emotions as they run high.

You leave my space and I must ask why?

To what price must I pay?

To what scheme must I scheme?

To what words must I say?

To what dream must I dream?

To win the prize of your heart.

For what quest must I fill.

Just tell me where am I start.

For what foe must I kill.

Many a warrior has girded the sword for love.

Many a warrior has fallen for its prize.

Many a duel fought at the drop of a Lady's glove.

"At all cost." Sounds the warriors cries.

Yet it is the bard who normally wins her heart.

For it takes more than bold strength.

It takes romanance, wit, muse and art.

It takes a man who, when on his feet, can think.

I leave you this thought to ponder.

If I ,as the fool, search through out the land

But all I do is wander.

To what doesth mean the rose in your hand?
