Mystery of the Rose.

(Tracy's fourth poem)

by Timothious

I have traveled the road that now lays before you.

I know that it can be rough one.

I traveled it alone without friend or allies true.

And it bled me until it had won.

Tossing me about like a single petal upon an ocean wave.

I let it get the best of me and tumbled from greatness did I.

For this I have swore myself as warrior against its rave.

I have swore to hold it from its battle cry.

I promise not what I can not hold true.

For there will be emotion and pain.

I do promise to always bring a smile to you.

And to help to keep you sane.

I first promise to be your friend.

Second to be your Knight Tour de Force.

I will always be there through the end.

Without sorrow or remorse.

I will stand by your side when you are needing.

And pick you up when it seems your losing.

Carry you when you are bleeding.

And comfort you when its your choosing.

I will let no one bring you sorrow.

You have my might and strength.

I will bring you only brighter tomorrow.

When all seem to be on the brink.

For life sometimes seems like lost petals.

Fallen upon the ground.

When it's a vein of precious metals.

Only waiting to be found.

I give you all there is to give.

Happiness is not just for a while.

But something to live.

All I ask in return is a smile.

Thus again I leave you this thought to ponder.

If I, as the fool, search through out the land

But all I do is wander.

To what doesth mean the rose in your hand?
