A Revisit to the Wise Man in my Mind.

(Monica Five)

a poem by Timothious Clayton Smith

I hear the wind howl about me.

I am once again at the foot of the Wise man in my mind.

Far below me I hear the crashing of the sea.

I am here to seek what I must find.

I look in to his face.

The lines of wisdom grace it.

The kindness is not just a mere trace.

There I stand and there I place myself to sit.

"Elf prince, you heart is burdened.

What weighs so on thee?"

"For love I have found and it is certain.

And she loves just as much if not more than thee."

"Then there should be no tears in your eyes

but rejoice upon you heart.

Is not this the road which your future lies

or do you wish not to play the part?"

"Happiness is finally mine

and I wish never to leave this one.

I searched for her through out time and blind.

I thought that I had finally won."

"Then what is it that burdens your heart?

I see nothing that should stop you.

Is it not your way or part?

For you forever come through.

"I have know you to take on a burden

of an entire race and see it through.

Is the game over for certain

and you have not started another or two?"

"No, Master the game has not ended

nor has it defeated me.

I feel that my being there has cause pain transended

and has cause much worry and strife for she.

"I love her most dearly

and would not cause any teras to flow

but it has cause her problems and teary

times that I do know."

"I can see that it concerns you that she is not happy now but don't worry
